Login help for QuickBooks Online
Tips and tricks for Common Login Issues:
Some issues arise solely because the bookmark you’re using isn’t current or has become corrupt. Sometimes the login error related to this issue will tell you the password is incorrect, which may not truly be the issue if your bookmark is indeed outdated or corrupt.
Try these things and in this order:
1. Clear your temporary internet files. Once you have done this you’ll need to close the browser, open a new one and try logging in again.

2. Instead of using a favorite or desktop icon type out the web address qbo.intuit.com and then login.
3. Verify that you are using the correct User ID. In some cases, the login is truncated. For example, the login displays John_Doe instead of John_Doe@xyz.com. If you receive the message 'no company exists for this login name' this usually means you are using the wrong User ID.
a. If you know the email address you used to sign up for QuickBooks Online, then click on the link 'Trouble signing in?' just below the Sign In button for help. An email will be sent to this address that includes your correct User ID. You may have multiple user id's tied to your email address because of other Intuit services you currently use or have used in the past. If you are not sure which one you use for QuickBooks Online, then you can try each one.
4. If you’ve confirmed it’s not the User ID that’s the problem, the following link covers resetting the password if necessary. support.qbo.intuit.com/support/answers.cfm
Thanks and I hope these proactive tips help you successfully log into your QBO company, so you can take care of your business.
