LLC info requirement for sole prop entity

Try going to your Sch C screen, scroll down just a little under General Information and see if you have the single member LLC box checked. If it isn't that, then specifically give us what the error says... that might clue us into what is happening.

The single member LLC box is not checked. I am getting a critical diagnostic stating that Taxpayer name for LLC must be entered.

Have you used the Chat feature in ITO?? This seems like an item which they can remedy quite quickly. I haven't had this happen with any of my Schedule C's (but I'll keep a look out for any spot in the entry fields that might cause this.)
