LLC Fee deductibility
Is the Cal LLC fee deductible for Cal purposes or does it have to be added back on M-1 as the $800 tax is? Can't find it any where in the instructions or FTB web site.

This was part of the tax court case. If my memory serves me correctly, it is deductible for CA, but you might want to go to ftb.org and check out the court cases. This one was really recent.
