Linux Server Issues????

I have a client who is using a Linux server and refuses to swtich to a windows based. I have been told that there are problems using Quickbooks Premier 2006 if using a Linux server. Does anyone know if there's a fix in the works for QB 2006 to work with Linux? If not, will my client be forced to switch to 2006 as we were informed? I or we (Quickbooks) may lose this client if this is the case. If anyone has any information this would be of great help.

I too was trying to using linux and QuickBooks. I even purchased software wich would emulate windows. Unfortunately, I couldn't even get QuickBooks to load. I now use Linu for everything except QuickBooks.
