Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). last few names in main customer list do not show up in dropdown list on invoice form

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows : 2009

the last customer in my main list does not show up in the drop down list in the name section of the invoice also occurs in the recieve payment form

Hi there. I trust you tried to scroll down with the Page Down and the down arrow or to simply type in the name. If you have any inactive items, turn on the options to show these. If you now see the missing items then simply make them active. If not, this is probably damage to the QuickBooks file. Do a File, Utilities, Rebuild.
