Lacerte not sending returns to dms

Lacerte : 2011

When I print returns from lacerte they are not ending up in dms but I also get no error message. I have been using DMS for 3 years and this is first time I've had this issue. Anyone know why ?

1st, this is a job for Ask Intuit. Try "pdf to dms problem" or similar short terms to search that base. I got to this one, which may help. Click Here.

Hmm??? Could I have been clearer when I asked that question? Did I mark the question solved after it was answered?

Thanks George.  I had already used the ask intuiut and tried the one you referenced and two others to no avail.  I used the chat with tech support to no avail as well.  Finally after three calls to tech support I have resolved the problem.  For anyone else having this problem here's the fix that worked.  http://support.accountant.intuit.com/law-war/product=LACERTE_TAX&ampid=SL....

Thanks for answering my question.

The punctuation at the end of the sentence messes up the link. So for others that want it - Click here.

Glad it got fixed. Why print to PDF and DMS? Just Curious George.

We print a pdf copy of the client copy separate from DMS as part of the complete tax return.  Some clients ask for a pdf copy for their files and its easy to access and print later when they need another client copy for the banks, etc.  It also give us a copy outside DMS in case there is an issue accessing DMS for some reason.  It may be overkill, but we are accountants after all.
