Yes, we did until we rebooted our computer. That fixed it.

We are receiving a large amount of error this year in the Lacerte 2011 program across all our computers. Have rebooted many times and still the errors. We have been a 20+ year customer and have never seen anything like this in the past. The problems occur most frequently when clicking back to the detail view from the forms view. I have called Lacerte and they essentially have said it is a software conflict issue and not there problem so we need to contact our IT person. Our computers do boot in safe mode and the issues do not seem to occur so it does seem like it is a software conflict issue. Nonetheless is it is so annoying that we do need to deal with this now. If anyone else has experienced this issue and have come up with a fix we would be interested to hear about that. I will contact our IT person and see if we can identify the conflict and will let you know if we come up with anything.
I isolated the problem to 64 bit computers using the Tic, Tie & Calculate software. The upgrade to versoin 3 caused the issue. The upgrade patch to version 3.1 of this software fixed the issue.
