Lacerte and Windows 7

Lacerte

How does Lacerte work with Windows 7? Has anyone actually tried it?

Lacerte 09 worked fine with Windows 7 Home 64. Lacerte 08 was a different story. It gave me errors regarding net framework and needing 1.1. Even running it with XP compatibility didn't work. So I had to use the XP emulator feature in Windows 7. But, in order to run the emulator, you have to have Windows 7 Professional. So I upgraded to get the emulator to run Lacerte 08. It's like having a new system and you have to re-install everything in the emulator.

It's a real pain to switch back and forth. It kind of defeats the purpose of having Windows 7 in the first place.

I hope they update 08 to be able to run in Windows 7. I'll bet it's not that hard.
