Lacerte address changes caused by QuickBooks clients
We process payroll for a few clients through QuickBooks. One of those clients went on-line and updated their payroll info, and changed their business address. This month, my accounting practice's Lacerte bill went to the client's address, complete with a listing of other clients. Lacerte accepted that address change without my username or password. Has anyone else had this problem? Lacerte/QuickBooks people - what are you doing to prevent this from happening again?
