i would have to say as a 17 year lacerte user this year was by far the worst i have ever encountered.i have had phantom check marks in the fed non taxable box on sch D, fein disappearing on wage schedules and finally the april 17 deadline i have spent 3 hour3 pressing the connect button to the lacerte connection manager, with some lame excuse that they are overloaded. funny i could get a rep access in 2 seconds. i reveive cd's that did not work i finnaly just download new states and updates over all a very poor experience this year
