Yes, when you enter an invoice, it goes into Accounts Receivable so you can see how much they owe.

Okay. Thank you. I have a client that would rather not have to create an invoice for every charge. She owns a fitness center and people pay the membership fee at different times. She would like to keep up with who is paid and who has not.
Then invoice the client at the beginning of their membership period.
