Item Summary & Z-out store close

QuickBooks Point of Sale : Basic 10.0

Item Summary and Z-out store close totals do not match. Just started happening about a month ago. I thought it was just product sold under misc, but even items that are in the system are not showing up?

Usually when reports do not match there has been a filter applied to one of the reports. I would start by reverting both reports to see if the totals match after that. To do this run the report and press the 'Modify' button. Once there you will see a 'Revert' button. Do this for both reports and see if that helps.
