I am Exporting my Item List through File/Utilities/Excel. When I preview it shows 0 errors but when I Import from there nothing transfers and it shows the total # of items to save or not save to a .csv file. Which will not save anyway. I am stuck!
I'd suggest using IIF. There seems to be a lot of trouble using the Excel list import feature.

I am importing from .iif file and see the list of customers, but when I leave the company and come back or back-up and restore the file, the customers are not showing up in the customer list. They are still there because if I go to write a check I can see them listed as Customer:Job, and when I go to invoice, if I type the name in exactly, it will pull it up, but they are not on the drop down lists or customer list. How do I fix this?
