This includes QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payroll, Point of Sale, & Salesforce.com. This is only for US based products. This does not affect QuickBooks Online customers! During this time, you can shop, but can’t place orders online, activate products or update account info. We apologize for the inconvenience & thank you for patience while we improve our infrastructure to better serve you. International versions are unaffected. I tried to open the Quickbook 2002 and it did not working.

just i saw a massage like "it is not Quickbook data file or it is damaged"

I have used quickbook just for 2months.

I do not know much about Quickbook.

Please help me to fix it ASAP for using.

Thank you.

HI NiceGuy! It's either your program is damaged or you're trying to open a damaged company file. Try to isolate the issue first by opening a different file (e.g. sample files). If they open without any error, that means the problem is within your main QBW file. You also have the option to restore your most recent backup copy. Now, if you get the error message as soon as you double click on the QuickBooks Desktop icon, you would need to repair the program. You can do this by repairing QuickBooks 2002 from Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs. You can also try uninstalling/reinstalling QuickBooks by using your original CD.

I hope this helps! Please mark this discussion as "Solved" if you're satisfied with the answer. Post other questions for us to help you out.
