ISW not working

Nothing happened if I click Statement Writer. I re installed my QBs Premier Accountant 2010. I have windows 7 and have excel 2007 version

The solution
Which version of Excel 2007 do you have? Per QuickBooks info re: ISW, "* Requires Premier Accountant 2010 and Microsoft Office 2003 or greater. Does not work with Office Student or Standard Editions."

I have office 2007 professional . It was working once in a while but it's been days now that I keep on trying. I am working on Accountant's copy . Is that a problem? Very much frustrated with this.
