Why does the ISW keep changing my dates? I enter the date that I want in one column and it updates other columns as well. I had this problem with a previous issue and it was solved. Now it's back again! I just updated to the latest version.
Use the Column Tabs to set the date. If you type in a date in a "field" it will get overridden at refresh.
I've contacted tech support and they are having the same problem. In a budget vs actual report I've added a couple of columns for my client (last year to date, etc) When I change the date of one column in the Column Properties of ISW it was changing the date of another column to this date as well.
The programmers have the details now - so hopefully a fix will be out soon. Oh, and another issues - when I create a report then save it and go back into it to make changes it crashed every time. This was working fine with version 2; version 3 needs work!
