No. This is an annual form, and the IRS hasn't even released the 2011 form yet. QB will update it probably late 2011 or early January 2012.
You need only make your 940 deposits when due, not file the form.

How is a business that has closed as of 7/31/11 supposed to file this form if it isn't out yet? We can not wait until the end of the year, there will be no funds or any one to complete the form at the end of the year.

Yes, it's available. I filed my 940 (FUTA) for 2011 in January 2012.
