is it possible to set up warehouse locatikons in quickbooks

QuickBooks Canada : Premier 2012

is it possible to set up warehouse locations in quickbooks without 3rd party software. 

IE;    warehouse 1 - location A3

         warehouse 2-location C4

At one time it was possible to add serial numbers in quickbooks but it seems to have dropped off... can that be done as well

 only if you want to buy enterprise, then add the $699 a year subscription for advanced inventory (which has Multiple Locations, FIFO, lot numbers, and serial numbers), plus you must maintain the annual full support plan at an $850 per year renewal fee.
