Is a Company considered ProAdvisor Certified even though no employee knows QuickBooks?

Is a company still allowed to be considered a ProAdvisor Certified company if the only ProAdvisor Certified employee has left the company?

People earn the ProAdvisor Certification --not the company.  It sounds like misrepresentaiton if they say the company is a Certified ProAdvisor and there isn't anyone actually Certified.
