This includes QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payroll, Point of Sale, & Salesforce.com. This is only for US based products. This does not affect QuickBooks Online customers! Invoice with ability to have 2 reps

My client needs to have the ability to assign 2 reps within the same invoice. The reps are paid on commission so I need to be able to produce a report.

I can add a column but I need the column to be active with a drop down menu of the reps and I don't know how to do that.

Can anyone help?

There is no way to create a field with drop-downs.

You could create combination Sales Reps e.g. SR1/SR2, SR1/SR3. This might be cumbersome if you have lots of Sales Reps though.

Another option that I've had clients use is to split the invoice amount into two invoices (101-1 and 101-2) internally and assign the sales reps to the individual invoices. They send just one invoice to the client and then do the two invoices for internal purposes. Not an ideal situation but workable.

Thank you!

If you do not need the ShipVia field for its normal purpose, that can be used for DropDowns. The limitation is that it would only allow you to select one rep at a time, so Rep1/Rep2 combo would have to be 'another' Rep. Reports can be generated based on ShipVia.
