How do I save a default invoice(NOT a sales reciept converted) with ONLY the colums that I require and get it to show all of those colums when inputing my information.And if I cant how do I input my hrs. and total amount billed onto stupid thing
open an invoice and customize it by clicking on the customize button in the upper right corner. click on layout designer and change it to look the way you want it. rename it something you will remember.
to add your labor to an invoice, create a new "service" type item called Labor, or Service, or whatever you want to call it. set up a rate per hour. the number of hours you worked is the quantity.
