Invoice one facility for all of its residents

I am managing a Hair Salon within a retirement community. All services provided to the residents are billed directly to the facility.

How do I create ONE invoice for all services provided to each resident?

I tried using the facility name as the master customer account and then created individual jobs or sub-accounts which allows me to keep track in detail of the services provided. However, this doesn't allow me to send one invoice only.

If the Invoice screen had a way of adding the job for each resident then I would be able to do this but it isn't available as its shaded gray under the template customization page.

How about trying to create a statement for the customer account and not the Job.  Let me know if this works.

If you have the residents as jobs under master, then you can invoice each one and put their name in description along with service. Then create statement for that particular month but select "Show invoice item detail on statements". Preview this to see if that would work.
