how do i invite (send an invitation via email) for viewmypaychecks.com to a new employee?

The solution
Make sure you added their email address in QuickBooks upload the payroll to ViewMyPaycheck. Log into ViewMyPaycheck.com and click on the manage employees tab. click in the selection box next to the new employees name in the bottom table and click on Send Email invitations, type in your custom message and send.
