I have a client who cannot do any inventory adjustments and transacations without being in single user mode. When I checked with Intuit, they told me this should not be the case. Does anyone have any ideas?
As far as I know, you must always be in single user mode to do any inventory adjustments, unless you are using Enterprise editions (even then, I think you have to be in single user mode). I know I would love to be able to do the adjustments in multi-user mode because it can disrupt a business to have to stop doing transactions on the front end while I make adjustments that will effect the front end and keep them up to date.
