Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). This includes QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payroll, Point of Sale, & Salesforce.com. This is only for US based products. This does not affect QuickBooks Online customers! Intuit unauthorized charges

US QuickBooks for Macintosh : 2011

Has anyone had an unauthorized charge from Intuit for $24.95? Description: CHKCARDINTUIT *18004IN800-44648 CAUS or CHKCARDINTUIT *QB SERV800-44648 CAUS. What is the best way to get this charge taken off??

YES!!! I have a 19.95$ fee on my account and I cant seem to get into contact with anyone who knows what Im talking about I gave them my name & CC number...Did you ever get the charge off?

When you see this type of charges; they are generally software related, e.g. if you signed up and paid for Turbo Tax.
