Intuit Payment Network Fee

 Depends on how it's taken. Make an expense account in your chart of accounts. Write checks to enter processing fees. If they are taken prior to depositing the payment, enter the payment in full, group eith undeposited funds. When you receive deposit and fee confirmation go to make deposits, select your deposit on the second line enter the processing fee as a negative amount, assign to your processing fee expense account.
