Intuit Online Payroll Login Tips and Tricks

I wanted to provide everyone with some login troubleshooting steps as well as ways to add payroll as a secure site. This will ensure your next login experience is better and also help you through some common login issues.
Make sure that you are using the correct login page: http://payroll.intuit.com/sign...
The Login will be towards to the left under Intuit Online Payroll. Please select the appropriate signed up date and click on Sign In.
Forgot Password or Login Name:
While you are on the main login page, click on the ‘Forgot’ link user ID or password. We will then walk you through the process to email you that information.
You are experiencing 1 of the following:
• Each time you try to log in with the correct user ID and password, you see the login screen again.
• You are asked to log in when you go from screen to screen.
• You can't view forms and see a message indicating that the application is still trying to download forms.
To resolve these problems you must delete or disable cookies in your web browser
Delete Cookies and Temporary Files:
1. Click Tools on the top menu bar
2. Select Internet Options.
3. Click the Delete Cookies button. This process should not take more than a minute.
4. Click on Delete Files under Temporary Files
Add us as a Trusted site:
1. Click Tools
2. Click Internet Options
3. Click the Security tab at the top.
4. Click the Trusted Sites icon.
5. Click the Sites button that appears below it and to the right.
6. Enter https://onlinepayroll.intuit.com . Be sure to include the “s” in https.
7. Click Add >OK > OK
Add us as a Secure Site:
1. Click Tools
2. Click Internet Options
3. Click the Privacy tab.
4. Underneath the scroll bar in the first section, there is a Sites button if Service Pack 2 is installed. If it does not appear, go to "Download Service Pack 2" below. Otherwise, click Sites and enter https://onlinepayroll.intuit.com Be sure to include the “s” in https.
5. Click Allow > OK > OK

• Mozilla Firefox
