Was the 'checklist' you were trying to find on the Ministry of Revenue website titled, 'Preparing for the HST: What You Need To Know'
The ministry also has a business readiness page: ontario.ca/hstready that might help users.
Hello Eric,
I wanted to download Richard's webinar to listen to again to check something out. But when I click on download, it sends me to the events by program screen
I then tried Eileen's to see if hers worked and everything was fine, so I don't think my computer is the problem.
Can you check the link or give me another way to download Richard's webinar?
Eric, I had the Understanding HST in Ontario video in my sights, but when I chose to download Webex asked me to switch from Denver to my time zone, and the video recording option disappeared.
Anyone else have this problem?
Eric, hi the video link to my presentation is gone again. Didn't check Matt's.
Webex doesn't list this as an available video and I keep sending people there with queries about how HST works from the IPBC website.
Can you reinstate the links?

I have now updated the webinar link for the "Understanding HST in BC". It should be working correctly now.
As for the Ontario HST link, we are still investigating the cause of the missing/broken link.
