As answered in your original post, this is not Intuit, it is a mostly volunteer forum of people trying to help peers.
You need to contact Intuit about the charges and you should also contact your bank if, as you stated, you are having money debited from your account. I'm not sure about the UK, but in the US you can put a stop payment to prevent future withdrawals.
