International Shipping is partially working in my QB enterprise 12?

US QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions : 12.0: Manufacturing and Wholesale

Something strange just occurred after upgrading our Enterprise 2010 to Enterprise 2012. The Shipping manager for both FedEx and UPS does not have the country selection "grey" and locked on USA. I

can select other countries!!! When I do select other countries new selections pop up at the bottom for international documents and the shipping methods change to the international selections, like UPS Expedited, etc... But once I go to select anything else it locks me out and turns back to USA grey and locked! :(.....

Is QuickBooks working on getting the international part of the shipping manager working? C'mon QuickBooks, what do you have hiding up your sleeve? Stop teasing us! Let me tell you it felt good, for a second I thought 2012 had that functionality. I can see its there, but its just playing with me, urrrrrr !!!
