I got Quickbooks + 3 employees payroll. I don't own a company, I just bought the program to learn it and aquire skills. How can I install it without entering company tax id, and other info I obviously don't have?

You actually have a couple options. You don't have to enter tax ID or any other information. You can get by with just a company name. You can skip the setup interview when you start a new company file and bypass all the pesky questions.
The other option is to use one of the many sample companies that come with QuickBooks to play around with! Good luck in your new adventure!
