Innovative Merchant Solutions makes false claims
Credit Card Processing KitSuggestion: MSC qbms - I opened this account in May 2009 and have been trying to resolve a problem for the past 8 months with no results. Robert H. is the Account Specialist that started this account and I have wasted countless hours on the phone with no results. After calling customer service I was given case #6391572. No one has ever contacted me concerning this case number. I was told by Robert that he would reimburse me up to $295.00 for any early termination fees charged by my previous provider. After faxing him everything he asked for in July 2009 I have received nothing. Robert quoted me $6.00 for my monthly service fee. I have been charged $14.95 a month for 8 months now. Robert has told me on several occasions that my account would be credited and my monthly service charge changed. It has not happened. When I called Robert 2 weeks ago, he told me he would call me right back with an explanation, again, it never happened. At this point if this issue is not resolved immediately I will contact my bank and dispute any and all future debits from my account by your company. Brian D.
