Incorrect W2 information from Employee

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows : 2010

Employee gave his employer an incorrect SS number upon being hired. This person was working illegally in this country. Employer immediately terminated employee. So How does the employer file the W2, what SS number, or what actions. Thanks
