Incorrect account
Why do all of my entries show under the same account "Rental Equipment" when We are selecting the correct account and nothing indicates that account anywhere?

The item you use on the invoice or sales receipt determines where the amount is posted to, it would seem you have rental equipment selected as the income account on the item
