I am getting an error message trying to pull QuickBooks transactions into Creative Solutions. It tells me to grant permission through integrated Applications preferences. I don't understand how to grant permission.
Start QuickBooks and open a company file as the "Admin" user.
Then start the integrated application and try to connect to your QuickBooks file. QuickBooks will then pop up a screen asking you if you want to allow the integrated application to see the data in your QuickBooks file.
If you have gone through this process and selected not to allow the integrated application to see the data in the QuickBooks file you will need to delete the disapproval and make the connection again.
To see the status of Integrated Applications, open QuickBooks and click Edit >Preferences >Integrated Applications, Company Preferences tab.
