Importing old Quicken 2002 files to QuickBooks

I have been using Quicken 2002 for years and would like to upgrade to QuickBooks. Can you import my old Quicken 2002 files into QuickBooks? QuickBooks seemed to have different file extensions. Any help would be most appreciated.

There is an upgrade path from Quicken to QB 2010 by using the QB 2006 free download for this. In QB 2006 there is an option to convert from Quicken once this is done open Qb 2006 and set Vat agency and standard rates and then upgrade to QB 2010.
