can i import iif transactions into QB Online?

Hello KenS145,

No, .iif files cannot be imported into QuickBooks Online.  Any one of the following file types can be imported:

 

  • .qbo (QuickBooks)
  • .qfx (Quicken)
  • .ofx (MS Money, etc)

Online Simple Start indicates it can import Excel XLS fworksheets and CVS files. Doesn't Essentials or Plus also import these files also?

Quickbooks Online can import Customer, Vendors, Chart of Accounts and Products and Services Lists in CSV, XLS, and XLSX formats. Below is a link with all the ways to import data in Quickbooks Online. Let me know if you have any questions.
