Important Direct Deposit and Electronic Tax Payment Information

If you were unable to process a direct deposit yesterday during our outage and need to create paychecks for Friday, June 18, you will need to create manual paychecks. If you choose to do a direct deposit today, please note that your employees will not receive the deposit until Monday, 6/21/10 if you are on a 2 day lead time, and Thursday, 6/24/10 if you are on a 5 day lead time.
If you want to deliver checks via FedEx/UPS to your employees, we will provide a credit to your account to cover the cost of this. Please contact us to find out how to receive this credit.
If you had tax payments that were due yesterday and you were unable to make them due to the service disruption, we will work with you and the tax agencies so you do not incur penalties because of this outage. Please contact us for the information you will need to provide the agency in response to a penalty notice.
