Import multiple ship to addresses?
Is there any way to Import multiple ship to addresses?
We have a QBES 2011 client that has as many as 200 ship to's for a single client.

Where are the ship to addresses now and what format are they in (excel, text or ??)

It is currently in Traverse, a MS Access program. We can get it into text, csv or Excel.

You can't import the ship to addresses directly.
You can create a QuickBooks IIF file containing each ship to address as a job under the customer who has the multiple ship to addresses
You have to import this IIF file twice for this to work. After the second import, you can manually delete the jobs but the ship to addresses will still be attached to the customer. Unfortunately they will be labeled as ship to 1, ship to 2, ship to 3 etc.
Following is a format for the IIF file.
!CUST NAME SADDR1 SADDR2 SADDR3
CUST Adam's Candy Shop:Bowen Job Adam's Candy Shop 4808 Bowen Rd "Arlington, TX 79536"
Repeat the CUST line for each ship to address that you need to create.
The IIF file is a tab delimited text file and can be created using Excel or Access.
