The F1 key brings up the Help menu in QuickBooks.  Please search for Online Banking for instructions and set it up with your particular banking institution.  You can download individual transactions, not the "bank statement" per se.

If this helped you, please mark this as Solved to close the thread. Thank you!

There are two ways, AUTOMATIC and MANUAL, depending on your bank and your budget.

AUTOMATIC: If your bank offers Direct Connect, you can use Online Banking to download from your bank directly into QB. Most banks charge a monthly fee for this feature.

MANUAL - QBO/IIF: If your bank offers the ability to download a QuickBooks-compatible .QBO (WebConnect) file or .IIF file, you simply download the file to your computer, then in QuickBooks go to FILE > UTILITIES > IMPORT > IIF and then browse to your file.

MANUAL - CSV: Some banks and credit card vendors offer you the function to download your account statements as a .CSV file. To import a .CSV file, you'll need to first convert it to .IIF (which has the data needed by the QB import function), and then you can import it. There are utilities that do this conversion, such as this one which is easy-to-use and inexpensive: http://community.intuit.com/po...
