Image quality diminished for docs scanned into DMS
All of a sudden, the pdf quality has greatly diminished for items scanned directly into DMS from my dell printer/scanner. Have had a Dell 2335dn for a couple of yrs now; no settings in printer or in DMS have changed. Scanning to other pdf printers & then dragging into DMS still works fine; pdf quality is still fine. Of course, that takes more time; inefficient. Would prefer to scan direct to DMS, as I have done now for yrs. What has changed in DMS?
