I subscribed to Business Analysis for QB Pro 2009 and after syncing still cannot access the application

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows : 2009

I clicked on the advanced reports icon after upgrading to QB 2009 and QB offered me a free subscription to use the new online business analysis tool offered when upgrading or purchasing QB 2009. So I accepted, installed the sync manager on my computer and logged in with my online company information, I did not create a new account. So after logging in, and after syncing my data, I am directed to login through a web browser to the Intuit Business Analysis where I am taken to my Administrator's Dashboard. I have the ability to manage settings, users and change my company info as needed. I am listed as the one and only user, and I am the administrator. Business Analysis is listed as one of my subscribed to applications. But.....no business analysis, no reports, basically nothing. There is nothing there to do, use or see? I contacted QB support and was on the phone with a gal who put me on hold approx. 9-10 times and my phone call lasted about an hour. She ended the phone call stating she would give me a call back within 30min. with an answer. I never got that call. She stated; "Like, I don't know if that is offered to pro addition, like, maybe just enterprise, so like, can I call you back in like 30 min., cause like, I have to talk with my supervisor, cause like, we think that maybe you can't use it......like". Okay, maybe that wasn't an exact quote, but the word like was used many ,many times, but I still don't know how to use this new beta application. :)

I was hoping someone out there might have had better luck with this new feature than I have had.

I guess business analysis tool is only availble in Enterprise edition of Quickbooks.

So just an update. Although I never did receive that call back within the 30min. as promised or ever, for that matter, I was finally able to use the business analysis online application. I just waited a few days after speaking with support and tried logging in again and sure enough, the application appeared. I don't know how to use it that well yet, but it does look pretty cool. So for those of you using Pro, you should be able to use this online beta app.

I still have not been able to access this feature. It tells me i already have synced ...that i already have an account....would like to use it though.....have tried several times over last two weeks

Once you are logged into the website, try clicking "Intuit Business Analysis" on the top left corner of the page.

Guess what Intuit, you haven't fixed all the problems yet. I commented on this same problem several days ago on this community. After back and forth with email, calls, etc. You all email me back and told me due to issues with the servers, there were some problems. So, I signed on (thursday) , only to get just the Business Analysis Tool page with no reports. Okay, I thought I'd give you guys some additional days to do whatever and tried today to use the Business Analysis Tools. Well, I'm back to square one because I CAN'T EVEN GET TO THE BUSINESS ANALYSIS TOOL PAGE AGAIN. All I get is to sync my data, which I have done. 1/2 step forward and 2 backwards. Now what is the excuse?

I'm still waiting for help. Even after posting a question, I can't find where they posted it. Cannot get to business analysis or advanced reports at all. There is no business analysis link on webpage. They obviously have lots of kinks to work out.

I received a note teling me everything wasfixed now, just as the comment above indicates, but I see nothing when I log in except a lot of menus to add or edit users. I've tried clicking everything, and that's all I get. No reports, no analysis. What's up with this thing?
