There are many instruction manuals for sale on the web, specifially for the accountant version I have not seen one

Thanks for your immediate reply. I can not believe we have to pay for an instruction manual after paying such a high price for the software itself!!???
I simply need to view all transactions in the bank register--that means 2011 and 2012 years. Why does it not show both?

I don't have the 2010 Accountant Version, just Premier, but try Help > Learning Center Tutorials. Do you see a link for "Additional training resources" - "Downlad the free e-book"?

Yes--Thank you so much. My questions are usually for simple things, i.e.; how do I view last year and this (2012) in my bank register. It currently only shows last years entries (2011)? It probably has to do with a "Preference" but I cannot find it!
