I need a report called, Invoices for All Customers


You can create the report you need and you can memorize it with a name you would like. You can change the heading of the report to include the name you want before you memorize the report. To memorize a report you find a report that has most or all of the information you need, modify it to include the info you need and then click the memorize button. Once you have memorized the report you can modify the title, and any other information you want to change and click memorize again. It will give you the ption of replacing the original report or creating a new memorized report.






You can use the Custom Transaction Detail Report, filter it to show invoices and memorize the report and name it Invoices For All Customers. To do this:
1. Go to Reports menu
2. Click on Customer Transaction Detail report.
3. The Report will open, click on the Modify Report button
4.From the Modify Report window, under the Display Tab, Set the Date you want QuickBooks to pull up your invoices from.
5. Still under the Display Tab, Change the Total By option by clicking on the drop down arrow and select Customer from the drop down list.
6. Still under the Display Tab, uncheck all the columns you dont want to see from the report and check off all that you would want to see on the report.
7. Go under the Filters Tab of the Modify Report window, and from the list of filters, click on Transaction Type, and select Invoices for the Transaction Type.
8. Still under the Filters Tab, click on Detail Level from the list of filters and select Summary Only
9. Click OK
10. The report will open with list of invoices for each customers
11. To rename the report, click on Memorize button, it will open the Memorize Report window, Type the name Invoices for All Customers.
12. Click OK.
13. The next time you open the report, you will go to Reports > Memorized Reports > Invoices for All Customers.
