i live in Australia and was sent US version of pro as download and i cant use it for my business

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows : 2012

I live in Australia,& i purchased quickbooks pro online as a download. i was upgrading from first business and i was sent the US version of pro and i cannot transfer any of my documents, hence this version is useless for me, help!

I have just purchaesd the same, on line. There is non one I can find at intuit who can help. e.g. refund on C;card. I have been able to organise credits with other software companies the uninstall the product. I also have tried to migrate information from QB Accounting 2011/2012 to QB for Mac, without success. This is very frustrating not to mention money wasting. Let's hope we get some luck from Intuit.
