I cannot find the qbprint.qbp. I've looked everywhere.
How I can get the file qbprint.qbp? In my program of QuickBooks Pro 2007 does not exist. I have done any thing QB Support recommend and nothing happen. Please help me!

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Intuit
Find this folder. Inside the Intuit folder should be a QuickBooks Pro folder where you'll find the file you're looking for.
We have QB 2010 and cannot locate that file qbprint.qbp, please advise...
All the pats on the back by Intuit support but still no fix for 2010 version. Had to delay the store opening because QuickBooks will not print 5 receipts without hanging the printer with the POS command.
A few more days of this and we will be switching to another product. Printing should not be this complicated.
Thanks for your answer, I found the folder QuickBooks 2007 and the file UserDictionary.tlx, for this reason I continue looking for the qbprint.qbp file. Thanks again.
Hi Romeo,
RC-Manager referenced the correct typical location for that file. If you are using a networked printer, that file maybe on a different computer. Have you tried a Windows search on the computer you are using? Here is an article that gives instructions for both Vista and XP.

If you can't locate the file on your local computer, then try the computer that the printer is directly connected to. This can be somewhat tricky to locate if you have several network printers connected to different machines. Please post back and let me know if this helps. This may take a few posts back and forth to fully diagnose, so I thank you for your patience!
Best regards,

Dear AmyK, I continue looking for the file in my PC that is using Windows Vista Home Premium and did any thing you have recommended and nothing happen. I instaled in other PC using Windows XP and I will try to look in it, and I will let to know the result.
Thanks to everyone that try to resolve my printing problem; already I resolved doing the folowing: Start-Computer-C-ProgramData-Intuit-QuickBooks2007-Rename or Delete QBPRINT.QBP-Restart.
After, I print everything. Tranks again, it was a great experience for me.
Great to hear Romeo! Thanks for letting us know.
Thank you everyone for answering this one - I have spent all day trying to get my printer to work and just discovered this evening that it had to do with Quickbooks. Someone actually posted an answer to the many print questions for the day. One thing that I found worked for me since I am using Windows 7 was to go to My Computer - go to the bar at the top and cut and past the following: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Intuit and once I did that then I clicked on my Quickbooks Version and there the file was. I searched for about 20 minutes to find it and Thank You cause it solved my printing problems and I am back up and running again. I then clicked on the file name QBPRINT.qbp and highlighted it and once I did that I right clicked on it and was able to rename the file.
THANK YOU. I had to come and do this again - renaming the file. And the only way I can find the file is to type in the address you mentioned as the path is not actually visible. When it is typed in, however, the location is there.
Frustrating, but glad I'd saved or subscribed to this so I could come back again. Not being able to print checks is incredibly frustrating!!!
Thanks again for your very good specific instructions.
I got it, I got it!!! I'm printing again after about 4 months, and less than an hour of actual problem solving, thanks to all these posts. I am THRILLED.
Thank you QB Community!!
hi - i have looked in every place you suggested and I just do NOT have a qbprint!!!
please help!
Lateee response, but if you go to C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QuickBooks(year) you will find the QBPRINT.QBP... for all versions... (PROGRAMDATA not PROGRAM FILES or PROGRAM FILES (X86))
Do you want to bet?
I have only 2 files in that folder:
QBPOSRun.lck
qbregistration.dat
My system is QB POS 2010 on Windows 7 64-bit
