Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). HST calculation incorrect

QuickBooks Canada : Pro 2012

I'm enterring an expense and HST is not being calculated properly. (i.e. enterring a $100 expense at 13% HST and the HST is showing as $100-13%=87 @ 13% = 11.31 rather than $13. Something wrong in the setup?

 Just above the messages is a link (bar w/silver background) that says International, click that and select the country you need

Here in the US we don't use VAT, GST, HST, PST (yet), they will have better answers for you.
