Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). How to set up AFLAC for a company

Need info/laws regarding insurance (AFLAC) that an S-corp will offer. Who gets to participate? How long do they have to work before we offer insurance? If you know of a good link regarding this that would be great.  Ow

ner would like some type of tierd elligebility for employees based on time with the company

If you have a friend or business relationship with someone at Paychex or ADP or other payroll company, I suggest that you call them. This is not really an income tax question, although ProSeries is an income tax forum.

If you use Pro Series Basic I might not be able to help you. If you use Turbo Tax I might refuse to help you. All others, watch out! ;-)
