How to reenter files not saved on back up

US QuickBooks Premier

My computer crashed and I had to reinstall QB on a different computer. Unfortunately, my back up copy was a few weeks behind. How do I re-enter all of the information on checks written both to vendors and in payroll? I sure don't want to mess this up

Reenter everything just as you did originally. Bills and bill payments, payroll, checks, Invoices, payments and deposits.  Everything that is missing will need to be entered as the original entries were.
