How to print invoice with gross total amount, not mark up figure and net charge?

US QuickBooks for Macintosh : 2009

I have an ad agency that marks up vendor invoices by 17.65%. How do we print an invoice with the gross total amount only? To list the mark up is like waving a red flag at clients.

The only way I know around this is to use items from your item list, expenses will always print the reimbursable group and markup.

But, I need the vendor and mark up information to appear in my reports for the book keeper. Are you saying to open another company and list only gross amounts on it?

No I am saying if you enter your items in your item list and set your default markup in preferences that only the sales price will show on the invoice to the customer. QB will group purchases entered as expenses and asigned to a customer/job into a reimbursable group, list that group and your markup on invoices.

Another option, assuming you are importing with the time/cost feature, would be from the expense tab delete the markup, transfer to your invoice and manually edit the amount to reflect your markup.
